In the Community

Joe has been an active member of the community since childhood. He is active in all of Solano County, He is currently the district 3, Director for the Solano County Fair Association which represents Fairfield and the City of Suisun, and takes an active role in ensuring the success of not just the annual fair but the annual operations of the facilities. Joe is a member of The Solano County Chinese American Association and Chelu Car Club/TEAM Hope whose activities help to sponsor children, the homeless, and scholarships in Fairfield and programs throughout Solano County.  He is a hands-on person who will be in the mix with you, not standing on the sidelines.
